1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@phonetechpatna.com or call +91 77799 30586.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the device under our 7-day replacement policy.
2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every device purchased from PhoneTech is eligible for a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. This applies if:
- The device has a technical defect not mentioned in the product description.
- The physical condition does not match the product description.
- The device fails to power on or has critical software issues out of the box.
Note: Change of mind or preference for a different color/model is not covered under replacement. The device must be in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only when a replacement is not feasible (e.g., the exact model is out of stock). The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business daysafter we receive and inspect the returned device.

4. Special Policy for Partial COD Orders
For orders placed using our Partial COD (₹500 Advance Payment) option, the following terms apply:
- Delivery Refusal (RTO): If you do not accept the package at your doorstep or remain unreachable after multiple courier attempts, the ₹500 advance payment will be forfeited (non-refundable) to cover RTO (Return to Origin) shipping charges.
- COD Return & Refunds: If you accept the delivery and request a return/refund within 7 days under a valid claim, your refund will be processed as follows:
- The ₹500 advance payment will be refunded to your original payment source (UPI/Card) via Razorpay.
- The cash-on-delivery balance amount will be refunded via Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT) or UPI. You will be requested to securely share your bank account details when your return is approved.
5. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, cracks, water damage).
- Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal battery degradation or wear and tear.
- Missing accessories or packaging at the time of return.
- Devices with removed or tampered IMEI/serial number stickers.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@phonetechpatna.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and schedule a reverse pickup within 2 business days.
- Pack the device securely in its original box with all accessories.
- Hand over the package to the courier at the scheduled time.
- Once inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 48 hours.
